Rebekah's Statement on Anti-commercial bribery and anti-fraud

Zhejiang Libaijia complete Equipment Co., Ltd. is firmly committed to honest management and clean development. The following is our anti-bribery and anti-fraud statement:

1.We strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law against Unfair Competition of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations to ensure that our business activities are lawful and compliant.

2.We have established a sound internal control system, including clear approval procedures, funding processes and decision-making mechanisms, to ensure transparency and compliance in our business activities.

3.We focus on cultivating a culture of integrity, raising employees' awareness of anti-bribery and anti-fraud issues, and emphasizing the principles of integrity, fairness and ethics.

4.We have established long-term relationships with our suppliers and have established a supplier management code that explicitly prohibits any form of commercial bribery and dishonest conduct and conducts regular supplier compliance checks.

5.We encourage employees and stakeholders to report any instances of commercial bribery and fraud to the company.

6.We actively cooperate with government regulators, industry associations and other organizations to accept external supervision and jointly promote the anti-commercial bribery and anti-fraud work.
